本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、otoshimono（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用される方（以下「ユーザー」）は、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリは Firebase 匿名認証を使用しており、メールアドレス等の登録は必要ありません。表示名は任意で設定できます。 ユーザーは本アプリの設定画面から、アカウント削除を開始できます。
ユーザーは本アプリを通じて以下のコンテンツを投稿することができます：
投稿されたコンテンツの著作権はユーザーに帰属しますが、ユーザーは運営に対し、本アプリ内での表示・配信のために必要な範囲で、無償・非独占・サブライセンス可能な使用権を許諾するものとします。
本アプリは、不適切なコンテンツや迷惑・悪質なユーザーに対して一切の寛容を持ちません（ゼロトレランス）。 以下に該当する投稿・行為が確認された場合、運営は事前の通知なくコンテンツを削除し、当該ユーザーのアカウントを停止・排除することがあります。
ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません：

また、ユーザー自身によるアカウント削除操作が行われた場合、運営は当該アカウントおよび関連データを削除します（法令上保持が必要な情報を除く）。
ユーザーはコミュニティの安全を維持するため、以下の機能を利用できます：
運営は通報を受けた場合、24時間以内に内容を確認し、必要な対応を行います。
本アプリは以下の第三者サービスと連携しています：
これらの利用には、各社の利用規約・プライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
法令で許される最大の範囲において、運営は本アプリの利用に起因または関連する一切の損害（直接損害、間接損害、特別損害、付随的損害、結果的損害）について責任を負いません。
運営は予告なく本アプリの全部または一部の提供を変更、停止、終了することができます。これによりユーザーに生じた損害について、運営は責任を負いません。
本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ内またはWebページにて通知します。変更後も本アプリを利用継続した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。本アプリに関連して生じた紛争については、運営の本拠地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service govern your use of otoshimono (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
The App uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication. No email registration is required. Display name is optional.
You retain ownership of content you post (pins, comments, reactions) but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to display and distribute it within the App.
You may not post content that is harassing, hateful, defamatory, illegal, sexually explicit, violent, or that infringes others’ rights. No impersonation, no spam, no doxxing, no abuse of the service.
We may remove violating content and suspend accounts without prior notice.
The App integrates with Spotify, Apple Music, Firebase, etc. Their own terms apply.
The App is provided “AS-IS”. We make no warranties about availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the App at any time without prior notice.
These Terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Japanese law. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts having jurisdiction over our principal place of business.
